remember a few post ago, i mentioned that em agreed to model for me for my class and that i was going to pay her. well, she agreed to accept lip gloss for payment. this is what i got. i will buy her lip gloss anytime! she looks so grown up.

my computer crashed on wednesday night.

BAD NEWS: there was a bad sector in the hard drive and it would have to be replaced.

GOOD NEWS: luckily, they were able to retrieve all of my data from the old one and restore it to the new one!!
i am so thrilled about that. i back up my photos on a fairly regular basis but i am not so good about backing up other files. so , guess what i am doing right now…. that’s right, backing up everything!

tyler decided he would give the 2-wheeler another try. good thing, since i told him that i couldn’t put the training wheels back on his bike. anyway, this time, he didn’t want any help. he just got on it and started pedaling all by himself….. and i started clicking away! he was so proud…. cookie face and all! emily brought her new rollerblades and was having some fun too! i showed her how to “shoot the duck”…. okay, so it needs a little fine tuning!

ty is playing soccer this year and is really enjoying it. i missed his first game last weekend because i had to work but was able to be there this weekend. i was so impressed with his game play. he really gets it. chasing the ball, kicking the ball, and yes, scoring goals! he scored TWO goals on saturday. i didn’t manage to catch that shot but here a few from the game. i love the high five during line change!
NOTE : do not put coloured gel in hair before playing sports….. sweating will cause colour to run!
