This is Derek. He’s many things to me. He is my wonderful, loving husband. He is a wonderful father to our two beautiful children. He is my best friend. He is always there to bring my spirits up when I am down. He is there to listen when I need someone top talk to. I would not be able to do what I do everyday if it weren’t for him. He is supportave, helpful, funny, hard working and just an all around great guy! How did I ever get so lucky? I am so thankful that I found him and that he is mine…… forever! I love you with all of my heart and soul!

I am going to try to post a “POTD” as often as I can…. which hopefully will be at least a couple times a week. Sometimes life gets crazy but I believe it is important to stop and enjoy all that is around us and by taking photos of everyday life, it helps to remember all the little day-to-day things that are so important! For me, the day-to-day things include my family, Derek, Emily and Tyler…oh yeah, and my cats, Willard and Ginny. For the next few posts, you will see the rest of my family. Without them, I wouldn’t be who I am today. I love you all so much!!
Today’s POTD is Tyler. My sweet boy who is growing up so fast and becoming a little man right before my eyes. (He had his very first sleep over last night with his good friend Kaelan.) This was taken a few weeks ago but I kinda like this one.
Well finally! I have Anthony’s photos done. He’s just so darn cute. Kind of makes me wish that my kids were still that small…… uh, on second thought, no! It’s been a great day off today. I feel like I have been so productive. I’ve baked banana bread, apple outmeal muffins, done 3 loads of laundry (still have to fold them though), prepped the last 3 pairs of Emily’s pants to be hemmed (I will sew them tonight while hubby is curling) and I even have time to blog…. which is something I haven’t done in a long time and I hope it will be able to continue. Especially since my course is almost finished!! I can hardly wait. What the heck was I thinking signing up for a course….. nothing wrong with continuing education!! Just takes away the time for all the funner stuff in life!! Anyway, gotta run!
