tonight, i am in montreal for a business meeting tomorrow. i don’t usually travel much for my “other” job but every now and then i get an oppurtunity to. i really miss my family while i’m away and i miss my cats too. 

but i also really miss my own bed. so, what’s a girl to do when she’s in a hotel room by herself with a point&shoot camera that has a self-timer? she “tests” the beds to see just how “comfy” they really are!

after i folded laundry last evening, i began the daunting task of trying to put it all away (in it’s proper place) without waking up the kids. when i went into tyler’s room, this is what who i found in the bottom drawer of his dresser. i couldn’t resist taking a picture. jojo had found herself a very comfy spot…. until i came along, anyway!

100mm 2.8 1/60s @ f/4.5 iso 100 flash bounced off white door to camera right. (-2 FEC with almost no ambient light)

luckily, i didn’t wake the kids up doing my “chores” or by taking pictures!
