welcome to my new blog!
March 31, 2008welcome to my new and hopefully improved blog! this is so very exciting for me!
i have been keeping my personal and my business blogs separate but i have been finding it too difficult to keep both of them up to date. so, i decided to merge them together. for my family and friends, you’ll only have to look in one place now to stay up to date. a much better scenario for you all i’m sure! and for my clients, you’ll now get a bigger glimpse into my personal life and hopefully get to know me better! it’s still very much a work-in-progress, so bear with me.
NOTE: the new blog address is www.kpphotography.ca so bookmark it now!
now, let me show you around a bit. at the top, you’ll notice several tabs:
‘home’ pretty much self-explanatory, i think.
‘photographer’ will take you to my web site where you can view my portfolio, check out rates and read a little about me and how i got started in photography.
‘wall scrawlz’ will take you to my new e-commerce store for wall words (formerly called home expressions: graffiti for your home) GRAND OPENING will be fall 2008. be sure to check it out! there will be lots of specials and even some freebies! until that time, you can still access home expressions for our limited collection of available wall words.
‘contact’ will provide you with my email address.
‘about’ is just a little blurb about moi! :0 …. when i actually get around to completing it.
‘rss feed’ so you will be notified everytime there’s a new and exciting post!
in the sidebar, you’ll notice a few new links to some of my slideshows. take a peek! the blogroll is a work in progress. if you’d like to be in the list, just leave me a comment with your blog address and i’d be happy to add you.
i think that’s it for now. leave a comment and let me know what you think. i’d LOVE to hear from you! and what’s a post without a picture! happy spring everyone!

ETA: settings for the above image are 1/80 sec @ f/3.5 iso 160 105mm (70-200 2.8 IS lens) hand held (gotta love that IS feature)
cheers!
